Start the day the right way with filling oats and yummy tangy berries.

- Porridge oats: 40 g
- 0% fat natural Greek yogurt: 200 g
- Raspberries: 200 g, or any fresh berries
- Layer the oats, yogurt and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the remaining berries and tuck in.
