Ingredients

  • Porridge oats: 40 g
  • 0% fat natural Greek yogurt: 200 g
  • Raspberries: 200 g, or any fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Layer the oats, yogurt and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the remaining berries and tuck in.
